1. Pricing information:
All prices include V.A.T. at 17.5% and any
surcharge is included in the price you see.
Delivery to UK locations include a £7.99
Flat
delivery charge.
Shipping to other European countries include
a £50 delivery charge.
Shipping to the US includes a £80 delivery
charge.
Shipping to countries in the rest of the
world includes a £100 delivery charge.
If the delivery charge does not cover the
delivery costs we will notify you and you
can cancel your order or pay the additional
costs.
2. Order confirmation and order validation:
We will confirm your order either by e-mail
or by telephone. Order confirmation is
normally sent after we have validated
credit/debit card details and received
authorisation from the card issuers - Please
note that this process can take up to 24
Hours.
3. Payment:
We accept payment by most major credit or
debit cards including Visa, Mastercard,
Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We are however
unable to process orders placed using
Electron or American Express cards. Payment
will be debited to your account upon
despatch of your order. Alternatively we can
accept cheques made payable to ""A to Z
Motor Spares"" and sent to the following
address:- A to Z Motor Spares , 2 Dewsbury
Road , Westgate , Wakefield , WF2 9BS .
4. Delivery of goods:
We will endeavour to deliver your order to
you within 3-5 working days, providing the
goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery
period is clearly stated on the specific
product page). ? If we are not able to meet
this deadline, we will contact you within 5
days of receipt of your order to arrange an
alternative delivery date. However, if this
is not acceptable to you, we will offer you
the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland,
Isle of Man , Isles of Scilly, The Highlands
and Islands of Scotland can take longer than
3-5 days to deliver - Please ask if express
delivery is required.
5. Complaints and queries:
We always try to offer a first-class level
of service. If you are not happy with any
aspect of our service or if you have any

6. Returns/Refund policy:
There are certain circumstances where we
will authorise return of parts ie when the
parts are faulty or have been incorrectly
supplied. Under no circumstances do we take
any parts that have been ordered incorrectly
or are no longer needed etc etc. WE
RECOMMEND THAT ALL CUSTOMERS CHECK WHAT THEY
ARE ORDERING BEFORE THEY ORDER THEIR PARTS
AND TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PARTS ARE REQUIRED.
7. Product information and product images:
Although we endeavour to provide you with
the latest product information and to ensure
that product images are identical to the
items supplied, we cannot always guarantee
that this will be the case. Product colours
and styles can differ slightly from the
published images.
8. Confidentiality of personal details:
Personal details are held confidentially.
Please note that we never divulge personal
details to any third party and any
information supplied is used solely for the
purpose originally intended. If you decide
that you would like to leave our mailing
list, please ask and we will remove all of
your details.
9. Suitability of products:
Please note: It is your responsibility to
ensure that the item that you have ordered
is suitable for your car based on the
information that we have published on our
website. If you are in any doubt as to the
suitability of any product for your vehicle
